Position: Administration Officer
Location: Parramatta
Our Government Client is a great 5 – 6 month contract available for an experienced Administration Officer in Parramatta – the successful candidate must be able to commence immediately.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide general administrative support to the high volume work environment of the Corporate Recruitment team.
- Deliver a broad range of administrative tasks using various systems – taleo, Microsoft office package, HPRM.
- Assist in the tracking of incoming documentation and uploading these to HPRM and preparing advertisements on Taleo to appear in I work for NSW.
Essential Requirements
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Quick Learner
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite (you will be skills tested on this)
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to process data quickly and accurately (you will be skills tested on this)
