Position description

We are currently expanding our talent pool in the Hilltops Region, and are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Administrators for a number of roles across the region. If you come from an administration background, are motivated and driven, then we would love to hear from you!

Roles may include:

  • Receptionists
  • Executive / Personal Assistants
  • Data Entry Officers
  • Customer Service & Call Centre Officers
  • Administration Assistants
  • Sales / Project Support Officers

Essential requirements to register your interest;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role mentioned above
  • High attention to detail
  • Fast learner and ability to pick up new systems and software quickly
  • Minimum of 40 wpm typing with strong accuracy
  • Highly competent in word processing & data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible & reliable with a can do attitude!

Though not essential, a current Working With Children Check and Criminal Record Check will be beneficial.
