Our Government Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Parramatta!
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the organisation to achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problems, and study organisational structures, methods, systems and procedures.
- Identify, report and analyse KPIS across our Client’s digital properties
- Use data and best practices to make recommendations for stakeholders to optimize the customer journey across our sites and digital marketing channels
- Develop a picture of the user data which can be used to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain ongoing reporting to be delivered to the division and stakeholders
- Leverage new industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape
Essential Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of experience with web analytics
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager – please highlight this in your resume
- Must have strong quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with relevant Key Performance Indicators and industry best practices for Social and Web; experience in Government a plus
- Great attention to detail and curiosity to uncover trends and insights
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
