Position: Call Centre Operator

Location: Port Macquarie

We are currently seeking an experienced Call Centre Operator in Port Macquarie! Our Government Client has a great part time or full time contract available for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements

  • Must have working with children’s check application in progress as a minimum
  • Must be able to clear a police check
  • Must be able to articulate how they apply the following values in everyday situations for interview:
    – collaboration
    – integrity
    – customer first
    – excellence
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work across a range of computer systems/program
  • Showing evidence of having received feedback about their performance and be able to articulate how they have improved/developed as a result
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal

Pre-employment checks

  • 2 x Reference Checks
  • Working With Children Check – Paid Employment Clearance
  • Police Check Clearance

Must be able to commit to minimum 20 hours per week and be flexible to travel to the Wachoupe on some occasions.
