Key Accountabilities

  • Effectively capture information, interpret customer needs and offer solutions and/or information
  • Build positive relationships with customers ensuring a quality experience
  •  Treat customers in a courteous and respectful manner and give them your highest priority
  • Embrace growth, development, training and new opportunities
  • Participate and represent business requirements on projects as requested
  • Organise basic directory and folder structures
  • Capture required information with accuracy

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service position
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy and solutions focused approach to call resolution
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be flexible, team player, work as part of a large team in an open floor plan
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using a computer – accuracy of data input, ability to use multiple applications and screen views
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to multi task, complete multiple activities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role for an organisation with a reputation for service excellence is an advantage
  • Contact centre experience is an advantage
