Key Accountabilities
- Effectively capture information, interpret customer needs and offer solutions and/or information
- Build positive relationships with customers ensuring a quality experience
- Treat customers in a courteous and respectful manner and give them your highest priority
- Embrace growth, development, training and new opportunities
- Participate and represent business requirements on projects as requested
- Organise basic directory and folder structures
- Capture required information with accuracy
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy and solutions focused approach to call resolution
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to be flexible, team player, work as part of a large team in an open floor plan
- Demonstrate proficiency in using a computer – accuracy of data input, ability to use multiple applications and screen views
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multi task, complete multiple activities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role for an organisation with a reputation for service excellence is an advantage
- Contact centre experience is an advantage
