Position: HR Recruitment Advisor

Primary Purpose:

Support hiring managers in a diverse range of recruitment activities and assist the team in processing recruitment activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Respond to general inquiries
  • Provide advice on recruitment and employment policies
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Update and maintain the records and databases, compile advertisements and undertake general human resources related administration

Essential Requirements:

  • This is a fast paced and varied role, must be able to prioritise heavy workflow and possess excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience in NSW Government Recruitment is essential
  • Taleo, TRIM & SAP knowledge required
