Primary Purpose:
Support hiring managers in a diverse range of recruitment activities and assist the team in processing recruitment activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Respond to general inquiries
- Provide advice on recruitment and employment policies
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Update and maintain the records and databases, compile advertisements and undertake general human resources related administration
Essential Requirements:
- This is a fast paced and varied role, must be able to prioritise heavy workflow and possess excellent time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Experience in NSW Government Recruitment is essential
- Taleo, TRIM & SAP knowledge required
