This year MBC Recruitment has the honour of being the Major Sponsor of the 13th Annual Mayors Sporting Fund BOWLS CHALLENGE at the Port City Bowling Club on Friday, September 6.
The annual Bowls Day Challenge is a great way for community groups and local businesses to get together for a fun afternoon while raising funds to assist local athletes. There are great prizes are up for grabs in a number of novelty events including best looking toes

The afternoon will kick off with a free barbeque and complimentary drink for all participants from 12.00pm, with the bowling beginning at 1pm.

Since the Mayor’s Sporting Fund’s inception back in 1999, over $300,000 has been raised and distributed to young local athletes of the Port Macquarie-Hastings to assist them to compete at elite sporting events, with some local athletes going on to represent Australia
