Key Accountabilities

  • General administration – Including filing, emails etc.
  • Reception duties – answering high volume phone calls, face to face customer service
  • Data Entry

Essential Requirements

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time-management capabilities, high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Ability to be flexible and work to tight deadlines
