Position: Travel & Expense Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Travel & Expense Coordinator for a fantastic 3 month contract in Parramatta. Working within State Government you will be managing complex SAP Travel & Expense incidents as part of a level 2 support team, process change, oversee customer SLAs and standards, plan and prioritise. Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor the incident management system for level two SAP enquiries
- Provide superior customer service to our internal stakeholders
- Provide basic IT support for our customers
- Deal with complex SAP enquires
- Interpretation of multiple awards
- Providing guidance on our internal travel policy and guidelines
- Create and review QRG
- Provide support for SAP change requests and liaising with the SAP developers
- UAT testing
- Administrative duties
Essential Requirements:
- SAP or CRM experience essential
- Microsoft office experience and Windows 10 essential
- IT related qualifications or experience
- Experience in Remedy or other incident management system
- High level communication skills (verbal and written)
- Record management experience (HPRM, TRIM)
