Position: Travel & Expense Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Travel & Expense Coordinator for a fantastic 3 month contract in Parramatta. Working within State Government you will be managing complex SAP Travel & Expense incidents as part of a level 2 support team, process change, oversee customer SLAs and standards, plan and prioritise. Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor the incident management system for level two SAP enquiries
  • Provide superior customer service to our internal stakeholders
  • Provide basic IT support for our customers
  • Deal with complex SAP enquires
  • Interpretation of multiple awards
  • Providing guidance on our internal travel policy and guidelines
  • Create and review QRG
  • Provide support for SAP change requests and liaising with the SAP developers
  • UAT testing
  • Administrative duties

Essential Requirements:

  • SAP or CRM experience essential
  • Microsoft office experience and Windows 10 essential
  • IT related qualifications or experience
  • Experience in Remedy or other incident management system
  • High level communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Record management experience (HPRM, TRIM)
